They should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for helping people. The Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan closing documents, appraisals, and all other required documents.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in loan processing, including experience with closing documents, appraisals, and other customer services. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of the loan industry, as well as a basic knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations. Responsibilities:

Process loan applications in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure timely closing of loans by meeting all closing deadlines.
Handle any customer inquiries or complaints regarding their loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of loan documents and customer information.
Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the loan process.
Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure successful loan processing.
