Mortgage Servicing Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Process mortgage loan applications in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
2. Maintain accurate records of all mortgage servicing activities.
3. Interact with customers to answer questions related to their accounts and provide solutions.
4. Follow up on customer inquiries or requests in a timely manner.
5. Monitor customer accounts to ensure all payments are made on time and ensure customers are aware of any changes in their loan terms.
6. Assist customers with loan modifications and/or refinancing.
7. Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
8. Research and investigate customer complaints and disputed transactions.
9. Prepare and present financial reports and other documents as required.
10. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss current and upcoming projects.
