Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide customer service as needed • Process customer banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers • Perform opening and closing procedures for the teller station • Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies • Cross-sell bank products and services • Respond to customer inquiries and refer customers to the appropriate departments • Follow all bank regulations and policies • Process paperwork for loan applications, credit card applications, and other banking services • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions • Ensure customer confidentiality and security
