Job Description

At First Horizon, we are looking for an experienced Teller to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a customer service oriented individual who is comfortable interacting with customers and helping them to manage their financial needs. As a Teller, you must have a strong understanding of banking regulations and transactions, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering quality customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in a banking setting. You should also have strong knowledge of banking products and services, be comfortable working with computers, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Above all, we are looking for a friendly, helpful Teller who is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and help them to manage their financial needs.
Process customer transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, in accordance with banking regulations.
Provide customers with information about bank products and services.
Maintain detailed records of customer transactions.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor and balance daily cash transactions.
Cross-sell bank products, such as savings accounts and credit cards.
Refer customers to appropriate banking staff for further assistance.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures.
Participate in bank marketing activities to attract new customers.
