Teller

As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, accurately processing financial transactions, and maintaining the security of the branch. You must be friendly, reliable, and have a good eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you need to have an aptitude for customer service and strong interpersonal skills. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
2. Accurately process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
3. Maintain the security of the branch by adhering to all banking regulations.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
5. Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
6. Balance the teller drawer daily and accurately process all cash and non-cash transactions.
7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Stay up-to-date on all bank policies and procedures.
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
