Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Customer Experience Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Customer Experience Strategies.
