Five Below is looking for an experienced, organized, and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team! Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure store goals and objectives are met.
3. Monitor store operations and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
4. Perform register transactions including ringing up customers, refunds, and store credit.
5. Assist with product placement, stocking, and replenishment.
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels.
7. Maintain a professional and friendly environment in the store.
8. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
9. Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
10. Assist with the hiring and training of new employees.
