Key Holder

As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, managing the store, and ensuring that each customer has a memorable shopping experience. 5. Ensure the store is secure at all times and monitor for potential theft or fraudulent activity.
6. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
7. Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures.
8. Train and supervise staff members to ensure they are providing excellent customer service.
9. Address customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
10. Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
