Merchandise Manager

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize product sales and profitability. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for retail and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service who is not afraid to think outside the box.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of merchandising experience with a proven track record in all aspects of merchandising, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing, product selection, and inventory management. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and leadership skills as well as the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and vendors. 7. Implement operational plans and manage merchandising budgets.
8. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
9. Monitor the competition and their products.
10. Collaborate with other departments to develop product assortment plans.
