As the Merchandise Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our stores by overseeing the selection, purchasing, and merchandising of our products.   1. Oversee the selection and purchasing of products for our stores, ensuring a diverse and appealing merchandise assortment.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make strategic purchasing and merchandising decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to develop effective merchandise strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of products.
  5. Create visually appealing displays and layouts for products in-store, ensuring an enjoyable and easy shopping experience for customers.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstock or shortages.
  7. Train and mentor store associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques to ensure consistent and high-quality displays in all stores.
  8. Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandise presentation and provide feedback and guidance to store teams.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to anticipate and respond to market demands.
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and campaigns that drive sales and attract customers.
  11. Monitor and manage product pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  12. Maintain accurate records of all merchandise-related activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory reports.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to streamline merchandise management and increase efficiency.
  14. Resolve any merchandise-related issues or disputes effectively and in a timely manner.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
