5. Develop and maintain organizational policies and procedures.
6. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
7. Address employee grievances and challenges in a timely manner.
8. Develop and implement compensation and benefits packages.
9. Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
10. Act as a liaison between management and employees.
