  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
  4. Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  8. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of products and services offered to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and protect company assets.
  11. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while promoting the company's brand and values.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by store management.
