- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, restocking shelves, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the store and meet sales goals.

Sales Experience: Prior Experience In A Sales Or Retail Environment Is Preferred For A Salesfloor Associate Position At Five Below. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Coworkers, And Management Is Essential For A Salesfloor Associate. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
