Job Description

Welcome to Five Below, the ultimate destination for trendy and affordable products! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Sales Associates. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about our brand and have a strong work ethic.   1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Ensure the store is well-stocked and products are neatly displayed on shelves.
  6. Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual appeal.
  7. Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Maintain a strong understanding of the store's products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  11. Stay up to date on industry trends and the latest products to provide customers with the most current information.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, consistently displaying a willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
  13. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the store's operations.
