- Develop and implement training programs for merchandising teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate merchandising teams on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and industry trends.
- Create and maintain training materials and resources for easy access by merchandising teams.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and data analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in merchandising and talent development.
- Work closely with the HR team to identify high-potential employees and create development plans for their career growth.
- Mentor and coach merchandising team members to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address any talent gaps within the merchandising teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert on merchandising and talent development, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our talent development strategies.
- Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and providing input on candidates' potential for growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by driving the development and growth of our merchandising teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Merchandising Principles And Practices.
Ability To Design And Deliver Effective Training Programs And Workshops.
