  1. Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
  2. Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
  3. Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to the executive team to aid in decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  5. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and potential risks.
  6. Lead the development of long-term financial plans, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  7. Manage the financial planning and analysis team, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development.
  8. Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial planning processes.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for financial objectives.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis: This Position Requires A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Fp&A, With A Strong Focus On Operational Financial Analysis.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: The Sr. Director Must Have A Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Developing Teams, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Partners.

  • Strategic Mindset: This Role Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Financial Strategies To Support The Company's Operational Goals And Objectives. A Strong Understanding Of Business Strategy And The Ability To Translate It Into Financial Plans Is Crucial.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Sr. Director Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Provide Insights And Recommendations To Drive Business Decisions. The Ability To Identify And Solve Financial Issues Is Also Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Sr. Director Will Be Responsible For Communicating Financial Information To A Variety Of Stakeholders, Including Senior Leadership And The Board Of Directors. Strong Presentation Skills And The Ability To Clearly Articulate Complex Financial Information Are Necessary For Success In This Role.
