We are currently seeking a Stock Associate to join our team and help keep our stores stocked and organized. 1. Maintain and monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always stocked and available for customers.
2. Receive and process shipments of merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Unpack, sort, and organize merchandise according to company standards.
4. Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed throughout the day.
5. Maintain a clean and organized stock room and backroom area.
6. Assist in the setup and execution of promotional displays and signage.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced.
8. Monitor product expiration dates and remove any expired items from the sales floor.
9. Assist customers with locating products and answer any questions they may have.
10. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
11. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and protect company assets.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline stock processes.
13. Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's customer service standards.
14. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and targets.
15. Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
