1. Receive and organize incoming merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Maintain accurate inventory levels by properly stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
3. Restock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure shelves are visually appealing and well-organized.
4. Assist in setting up displays and ensuring product placement follows company guidelines.
5. Conduct regular price checks to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
8. Contribute to a clean and safe work environment by properly handling and disposing of packaging materials and following safety protocols.
9. Proactively identify and communicate inventory needs and suggest solutions to management.
10. Keep track of product expiration dates and rotate merchandise as needed.
11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in stock management.
14. Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers, team members, and management.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
