Previous Management Experience: A Strong Candidate For The Store Manager Position At Five Below Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Overseeing Operations, And Meeting Sales Targets.
