This role is ideal for someone who is patient, organized, and enthusiastic about problem-solving.The Support Lead is responsible for leading the customer service team by resolving customer inquiries, managing customer complaints, and providing helpful solutions. Responsibilites of Support Lead:

  1. Resolve customer inquiries and manage customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide helpful solutions to customer issues.
  3. Lead the customer service team by example and mentor team members.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by following customer service best practices.
  5. Prepare reports and analyze customer data to improve customer service processes.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and other departments.
  7. Utilize Microsoft Office to document customer interactions.
  8. Develop creative solutions to customer issues.
  9. Manage phone, email, and online customer service inquiries.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
