Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead the Support team at Five Below? We're looking for an experienced Support Lead to join our team and help drive our customer service excellence through providing exceptional technical and product support.As our Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Specialists to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You should have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with the rest of the team.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. You should be knowledgeable about different computer systems and have experience in database administration. Additionally, your ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively will be essential to success in this position.If you're an experienced Support Lead who is passionate about customer service excellence, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Support Specialists to provide an outstanding customer service experience.
  2. Prioritize tasks quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service excellence.
  4. Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to the team.
  5. Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Train and mentor new team members on customer service techniques.
  7. Collect and analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  8. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical and product support.
  9. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
