You should have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with the rest of the team.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. You should be knowledgeable about different computer systems and have experience in database administration.
