Job Description

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Support Lead to join our team at Five Below! As a Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring excellent store operations. You will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Store Manager and other Support Leads to ensure our customers have a great shopping experience.The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure excellent store operations.
  2. Work closely with the Store Manager and other Support Leads to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers.
  4. Monitor customer traffic and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
  5. Handle store operations including stocking, merchandising, and organization.
  6. Develop creative solutions to improve customer experience.
  7. Ensure store safety by following safety protocols and procedures.
  8. Assist in training new team members and provide on-going feedback.
  9. Ensure the store complies with all safety, legal, and corporate policies.
  10. Monitor sales performance and create strategies to increase sales.
