
Support Lead Full Time

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of support associates in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. - Lead and supervise a team of support associates to ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, restocking as needed and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Oversee the store’s appearance and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, following all cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with management and other team members to implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and meet store goals.
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to the company’s values.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
- Adhere to and enforce all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement within the store and share ideas with management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Retail Environment.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management And Store Merchandising.
Exceptional Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities To Handle Customer And Employee Issues.
Willingness To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
