
Support Lead Part Time

- Provide excellent customer service: As a Support Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Support store operations: You will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store. This may include tasks such as restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Train and mentor team members: As a leader within the store, you will be responsible for training and mentoring new team members. This includes teaching them company policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to help them succeed.

Organizational Skills: The Support Lead Will Be Responsible For Managing The Store's Support Staff, Scheduling Shifts, And Overseeing Various Support Functions. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure Tasks Are Completed On Time And Efficiently.
