- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members as needed.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Retail Management Or Equivalent Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of The Retail Industry, Specifically In Athletic Footwear And Apparel.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Ability To Analyze Sales Data And Make Informed Business Decisions To Drive Store Performance.
