  1. Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department.

  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Set and communicate clear sales goals and targets for the department and hold team members accountable for meeting them.

  6. Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and work with the management team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  9. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  13. Foster a strong relationship with customers and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  14. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  15. Maintain a strong knowledge of the product offerings and provide recommendations to customers to drive sales.
