  1. Develop and implement digital merchandising strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze consumer behavior and digital trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  3. Manage all aspects of online product merchandising, including product selection, placement, and pricing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital channels.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments of the digital merchandising process to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and continuously innovate and improve digital merchandising tactics.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and drive sales and conversion rates.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make adjustments as needed to meet targets.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital merchandising strategies.
  10. Lead, train, and mentor a team of digital merchandising specialists to ensure a high level of performance and achievement of goals.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for digital merchandising initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all digital merchandising efforts align with the company's brand and values.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the customer experience across all digital platforms.
  14. Conduct market research and stay informed of industry trends and competitors' digital strategies.
  15. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on digital merchandising efforts and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Digital Merchandising, Preferably In The Retail Or Sports Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of E-Commerce Platforms, Web Analytics Tools, And Digital Marketing Strategies.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Drive Merchandising Decisions And Optimize Online Sales.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Marketing, Buying, And It Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Digital Merchandising Campaigns, Including Product Launches And Promotions.
