Responsibilities: -Analyze trends and customer needs in the footwear industry to develop product assortment strategies -Research and select footwear product that follows current trends and meets customer needs -Negotiate with vendors to acquire the best prices for footwear products -Communicate with internal teams about product selection, pricing, and delivery -Create and manage footwear product budgets -Stay up to date with new products and trends in the footwear industry -Work closely with store managers to ensure product selection aligns with customer demand -Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers -Monitor and report on sales performance of footwear products -Provide customer service support for footwear related issues
