  1. Develop strategic initiatives: The Manager of Operations Strategy & Business Analysis will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and business growth for Foot Locker.
  2. Conduct business analysis: This role will require conducting thorough analysis of business operations, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  3. Drive operational excellence: The Manager will be responsible for identifying areas of inefficiency or opportunity within Foot Locker's operations and implementing solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  4. Monitor performance: The Manager will be responsible for monitoring the performance of implemented initiatives and making adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require collaborating with various teams across the organization, such as finance, marketing, and supply chain, to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Strategy And Business Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Advanced Knowledge Of Excel, Sql, And Other Relevant Software.
