
Product Manager, Retail Operations

- Work with store managers to ensure proper product training and knowledge among employees.

- Responsible for product forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
- Communicate with upper management on product performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor junior product team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Strong Leadership Skills: A Product Manager In Retail Operations Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Employees, Including Setting Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Feedback.
