  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for product positioning and assortment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the retail industry.
  3. Create and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to develop effective product promotions and displays.
  6. Manage product inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  7. Work with store managers to ensure proper product training and knowledge among employees.
  8. Monitor and analyze competitor activity and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  9. Responsible for product forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
  10. Communicate with upper management on product performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  11. Oversee product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
  12. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  13. Train and mentor junior product team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  15. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through proactive and innovative product strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Product Manager In Retail Operations Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Employees, Including Setting Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Providing Feedback.

  • Proven Experience In Retail Operations: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Knowledge Of Market Trends, Customer Behavior, And Operational Processes. Previous Experience In Retail Operations Is A Must.
