
Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting & Reporting

- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic insights to assist in decision making for the company.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting by performing regular audits and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance in financial reporting.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in financial analysis and reporting.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes and systems.
- Communicate and interact effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and meet reporting deadlines.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and code of conduct.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and exercise good judgment in handling financial data.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Accounting And Reporting.
Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Sec Reporting Requirements.
Proficient In Financial Analysis And Reporting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
