  1. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance the brand image and reputation of Foot Locker.
  2. Lead and manage a team of PR and communications professionals to ensure effective implementation of communication strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR and communication efforts with overall business objectives.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry experts, and internal teams.
  5. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks for the brand.
  6. Serve as a spokesperson for the company, representing Foot Locker in media interviews and public speaking engagements.
  7. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to effectively manage any potential issues that may arise.
  8. Oversee the development of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  9. Develop and manage the corporate communication budget, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in PR and communications.
  11. Provide guidance and support to other teams within the company on PR and communications matters.
  12. Identify and pursue opportunities for thought leadership and brand positioning through speaking engagements, partnerships, and other initiatives.
  13. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the PR and communications team.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors to support PR and communication efforts.
  15. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of PR and communication strategies and make recommendations for future improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Corporate Public Relations And Communications, With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years In A Senior Level Role.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Successful Pr And Communications Strategies For A Global Retail Company.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including The Ability To Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Staff.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Compelling Messaging And Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Retail Industry And Current Trends, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of The Digital Landscape And Social Media Platforms.
