  • Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed in an organized manner according to company standards
  • Receive and process all incoming shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, making recommendations for restocking as needed
  • Assist in the execution of floor sets and visual merchandising directives
  • Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor
  • Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management processes
  • Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits
  • Handle and process customer returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
  • Continuously strive to improve and streamline stock management processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Stock Associate At Foot Locker Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With Stockroom Operations And Can Quickly Adapt To The Job Responsibilities.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management: Stock Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Inventory Levels And Ensuring Stock Is Organized And Readily Available. Therefore, A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management Systems And Procedures Is Essential For This Role.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Involves Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, As Well As Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.

  • Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Must Be Detail-Oriented And Have A Keen Eye For Spotting Discrepancies In Inventory Levels Or Damaged Merchandise. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Accuracy And Quality Of The Stockroom.

  • Team Player: The Stock Associate Role Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members, Including Sales Associates, Managers, And Other Stock Associates. A Candidate Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Others And Contribute To The Overall Success Of The Store.
