1. Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the stock room and sales floor.
2. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
3. Unpack, tag, and label merchandise according to company guidelines.
4. Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely manner.
5. Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor stock levels.
6. Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies or out-of-stock items to management.
7. Collaborate with sales team to ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
8. Assist with customer service duties, including locating merchandise for customers and processing returns.
9. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure efficient stock operations.
10. Adhere to company safety and security protocols while handling merchandise.
11. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and upcoming products to assist customers with inquiries.
12. Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
13. Demonstrate a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
14. Keep up-to-date on sales and promotions to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and be proactive in identifying and resolving any stock issues.
