1. Maintain and organize inventory levels in the store by regularly restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom.
2. Receive and process new merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
3. Utilize store systems and procedures to accurately and efficiently track inventory and locate products for customers and fellow associates.
4. Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure that all products are displayed and presented in an attractive and organized manner.
5. Conduct daily store walks to identify and address any inventory issues or discrepancies.
6. Keep the stock room and sales floor clean, tidy, and free of safety hazards.
7. Assist with floor moves and store layout changes to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
8. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
9. Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and loss prevention.
10. Continuously learn about new products and stay up-to-date on current trends in the sneaker industry.
11. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and locating specific items.
12. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and maintain a safe working environment.
14. Be a positive and enthusiastic representative of the Foot Locker brand, promoting our products and services to customers.
15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
