3. Maintain a thorough understanding of current sneaker and fashion trends to effectively merchandise products in a visually appealing manner.
4. Create and install eye-catching window displays and in-store displays that draw customers in and increase sales.
5. Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively plan, schedule, and implement visual merchandising changes in a timely manner.
