As a Visual Merchandising Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by showcasing our products in an engaging and visually appealing manner. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design.   1. Create visually appealing and eye-catching displays to showcase our products in-store and in window displays.
  2. Collaborate with the store management team to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
  4. Ensure all displays and product placements are in line with the company's brand image and standards.
  5. Monitor and replenish inventory levels on the sales floor to ensure products are always available for customers.
  6. Utilize strong organizational skills to keep the store visually appealing and easy to navigate for customers.
  7. Work closely with store associates to train them on proper visual merchandising techniques and standards.
  8. Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to product placement and displays.
  9. Keep up to date with new product releases and promotions to effectively plan and execute displays.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the back stock room and visual storage area.
  11. Assist with store set up and seasonal changeovers, including dressing mannequins and arranging product displays.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns with visual displays and bring them to the attention of store management.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in meetings and sharing ideas.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while working on the sales floor.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall visual merchandising experience for our customers.
