UX Researcher Intern

1. Conduct user research studies, including planning, recruiting, conducting interviews and usability tests, and analyzing data.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and engineers, to identify research needs and integrate insights into the product development process.
3. Develop research plans and methodologies that align with business goals and product objectives.
4. Utilize a variety of research methods, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather user feedback and insights.
5. Synthesize and communicate research findings and insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders.
6. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience research.
7. Assist in the development and maintenance of research tools and processes.
8. Contribute to the creation of user personas, user journey maps, and other deliverables to inform design decisions.
