- Oversee and manage all operations and staff members within the Cardiovascular Services department.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to cardiovascular services.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Monitor and analyze departmental budget and make necessary adjustments to ensure financial stability.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, providing ongoing support and mentoring.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of services.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on departmental performance and initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in cardiovascular services to continuously improve departmental practices.
- Serve as a liaison between the department and other hospital departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all patient care and services are in line with the hospital's mission and values.
- Handle any patient or staff concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote and market the cardiovascular services offered at the hospital.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to patient satisfaction, quality of care, and financial performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, open communication, and professional development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Cardiovascular Services Department.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.
Demonstrated Ability To Manage Budgets, Develop Strategic Plans, And Implement Process Improvements.
