- Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with various mental health concerns.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to help patients overcome their challenges and improve their overall well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments within the organization to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, as well as HIPAA regulations, in all aspects of patient care and confidentiality.
- Continuously seek out professional development opportunities to improve clinical skills and stay updated on the latest research and therapy techniques.
- Advocate for mental health awareness and education within the community by participating in workshops, seminars, and outreach programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times and demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect towards patients and their families.
Master's Degree In Counseling, Psychology, Or A Related Field From An Accredited University.
State Licensure As A Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw), Or Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft).
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Providing Counseling Or Therapy Services, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Experience In Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities For Mental Health And Substance Abuse Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Build Rapport With Clients From Diverse Backgrounds.
