1. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
2. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with various mental health concerns.
3. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to help patients overcome their challenges and improve their overall well-being.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments within the organization to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
6. Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss patient progress and develop effective treatment strategies.
7. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, as well as HIPAA regulations, in all aspects of patient care and confidentiality.
8. Continuously seek out professional development opportunities to improve clinical skills and stay updated on the latest research and therapy techniques.
9. Advocate for mental health awareness and education within the community by participating in workshops, seminars, and outreach programs.
10. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times and demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect towards patients and their families.
