  1. Develop and implement the overall strategy for customer experience initiatives at Genentech.
  2. Lead and manage a team of experience operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to drive exceptional performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency of customer experience across all touchpoints.
  4. Continuously analyze and assess customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience to inform and drive innovation.
  6. Develop and implement processes and systems to measure and track the success of customer experience initiatives.
  7. Partner with other executives and stakeholders to ensure customer experience is embedded in all aspects of the organization.
  8. Oversee the budget and resources allocated to experience operations, ensuring efficient and effective use.
  9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the experience operations team.
  10. Represent the company's commitment to exceptional customer experience to external stakeholders and act as a brand ambassador.
  11. Collaborate with other leaders to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to achieving company goals.
  12. Identify and develop talent within the experience operations team, providing opportunities for growth and development.
