Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Design, Development, And Testing Of Laser Systems, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With High-Power Laser Systems, Including Solid-State, Fiber, And Gas Lasers.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations For Laser Safety And Compliance, Such As Ansi Z136.1 And Mil-Std-1425.
