Support conceptual design of integrated solutions for marketing and business capture activities. Perform computer assisted/aided engineering and design tasks in support of unmanned air vehicles in a prototype and production environment, including but not limited to: machine design, sheet-metal design, composite design, and tooling design. Interact with lead engineers to develop system level layouts, establish critical interface requirements, select materials, and establish fabrication methods. Prepare first article drawings for fabrication and work with shop personnel to support first article builds, utilizing internal, DOD, and ASME standards. Perform various mechanical design tasks related to demonstrated competencies as directed. Support large assembly model management within a parametric database. May represent the organization in providing solutions to technical issues associated with specific projects.
