  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Signals Intelligence team to ensure successful execution of programs and projects.
  2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Signals Intelligence team, including budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of intelligence solutions to customers.
  4. Utilize cutting-edge technology and tools to gather intelligence and stay current with advancements in the field.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on program progress and address any concerns or issues.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement new technologies or processes to enhance program performance.
  9. Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  11. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of signals intelligence.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to inform future program development and growth strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Signals Intelligence (Sigint) Operations And Management, Including Knowledge Of Various Collection Platforms And Analysis Techniques.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Coordinate A Team Of Analysts And Operators In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Government Regulations And Policies Related To Sigint Collection And Dissemination, Including Compliance With National And International Laws.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Proven Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Maintain Project Schedules, Manage Budgets, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of High-Quality Products.
