  1. Maintain and support the HRIS system: The Senior HRIS Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the HRIS system is functioning properly and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting any issues, managing updates and upgrades, and ensuring data accuracy.

Enhance the HRIS system: The HRIS system is a critical tool for our HR department, and the Senior HRIS Systems Administrator will be responsible for continuously improving and enhancing its capabilities. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Systems Administration, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Technical Skills And Experience With Hris Software, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Oracle.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Policies, Including Data Management, Compliance, And Reporting.
