  1. Manage and maintain the company's SAP landscape, including system installations, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.
  2. Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and performance.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise on SAP system capabilities.
  5. Develop and implement system security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  6. Create and maintain system documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  7. Train and mentor junior SAP Basis Administrators, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  8. Stay informed of the latest SAP updates, releases, and best practices, and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  9. Participate in system audits and provide support for compliance and regulatory requirements.
  10. Continuously analyze and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to third-party systems integrated with SAP.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management, providing updates on system performance, issues, and proposed solutions.
  13. Proactively identify potential risks and devise contingency plans to mitigate any potential impact on business operations.
  14. Ensure system backups and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested to ensure business continuity.
  15. Lead and participate in project implementations and upgrades, ensuring smooth and successful delivery within defined timelines and budget.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sap Basis Administration, With A Focus On Sap Netweaver And Hana Systems.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Sap System Installation, Configuration, And Maintenance, Including System Upgrades, Patches, And Performance Tuning.

  • Strong Understanding Of Database Administration, Particularly In Regards To Oracle And Sql Server.

  • Proven Experience In Managing Complex Sap Landscapes, Including High Availability And Disaster Recovery Solutions.
