Job Description

Lead the Azure cloud operation daily tasks ensuring availability of services and deployed applications in line with existing ITSM processes and SLAs. Define strategy and tooling required to perform Azure monitoring, ensuring availability and integrity of services and deployed workload. Lead root cause analysis of outages and issues related to Azure cloud services and deployed workloads. Continuously evaluate the state of Azure platform ensuring proper tools and processes are in place in order to maintain a secure posture with regards to system vulnerabilities management and non-compliant configurations. Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction. Support design and deployment of infrastructure solutions meeting standardization, consolidation, TCO, security, regulatory compliance, and application system qualities, for different businesses.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Azure

  • Understand concepts of setting and driving technical direction

  • Interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activities

  • Ability to work with global teams, act independently and as part of a team

  • Familiar with CI/CD and infrastructure as code (Azure DevOps, Terraform and Ansible)
