  1. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety for patients.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with medical equipment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and clinicians, to develop and implement innovative solutions for improving patient care.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve service practices.
  5. Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines for medical equipment maintenance and service.
  6. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history.
  7. Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and best practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service requests and address any concerns or questions.
  9. Participate in on-call rotation to provide emergency service and support for critical medical equipment.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  11. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Servicing And Maintaining Medical Equipment.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Medical Equipment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
