Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Within A Commercial Setting
Knowledge And Proficiency In Fea Software Such As Ansys, Abaqus, Or Comsol
Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing Fea Projects From Concept To Completion
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Fea Results To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
