This position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of Lean concepts.The Corporate Lean Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing the organization’s Lean Strategy and initiatives. You will collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities and develop and implement Lean plans that maximize efficiency and minimize costs. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement Lean strategies and plans across the organization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to identify and assess Lean opportunities.
  3. Analyze current and historical operational data to determine key performance indicators and track progress towards Lean goals.
  4. Lead and manage a Lean team of professionals, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and with quality.
  5. Create and deliver presentations to senior leadership teams to communicate Lean objectives and progress.
  6. Develop and implement Lean training programs for employees at all levels.
  7. Monitor the effectiveness of Lean initiatives and adjust as needed.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Lean methodology.
  9. Stay current with Lean certification requirements.
